Before anything else — we need to pack and post your order first. Allow up to 3 business days for us to dispatch it after your payment clears. The times below only start counting once it’s actually in the mail.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Business days = Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
- These are estimates — not guarantees
- Delays caused by floods, fires, or other disasters are outside our control
- We don’t control Australia Post. If you ask us where your package is, we’re just going to check the same tracking link you already have access to

Please allow at least 3 business days for your tracking number to be issued. For example, an order placed on Monday afternoon may not ship until Thursday. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your item has shipped. Be sure to check for any public holidays, as they do not count toward the shipping timeline.
Please note that in rare cases, dispatch may take longer than expected due to factors such as packaging shortages, staff illness, weather delays, or technical issues. If this occurs, we will notify you via email.

Yes, all items we send are very discreet. Your items will arrive in a prepaid post satchel with no markings from our company.
Lost Items:
We are not responsible for items lost in transit. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, we require clear photographic evidence to evaluate the situation. Replacements may be offered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Address:
We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate before completing your order, as we are unable to reship items in these cases.
Business Address Orders:
For orders shipped to a business address, the business name must be included at checkout. Failure to provide the business name may result in delivery issues, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Delivery Refusals:
If a delivery is refused by someone at the premises or the package is returned to the sender, the item will be considered lost. Orders are shipped to the exact name and address provided during checkout, and we cannot reship under these circumstances.
We use Auspost Post Satchels. All parcels are discreet and do not contain any branding.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.

We ship domestically within Australia.
Please allow a minimum of 4 days for the tracking number to go from pending to being scanned in. Sometimes sorting facilities can take time to be scanned into the system.
Be advised sometimes their might not be a scan till delivery date or even 2 weeks after it was sent

We are gradually phasing out Express shipping due to security considerations. If your order arrived via Parcel Post, please note this is now our standard method. Safety is always our top priority, and while delivery may take an additional 2–4 days, this ensures your order reaches you securely.
Yes, your tracking number will arrive in your email automatically. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folders just in case you haven’t received anything after 3 days. Please do not email us without checking your spam folder.
