I didn’t receive my order confirmation or tracking email. What should I do?

If you placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation, please first check your junk/spam folder and make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct.

You can also use our secure Order Status & Tracking page to look up your order without needing an account.

Use this page to check:

You can search using:

Order number + email address
Email address + phone number
Order number + postcode
Secure email verification link

If your payment has been confirmed, the order lookup page will show your current order status, dispatch timeframe, and tracking details once available.

Please note that tracking is only sent once your order has been dispatched. If your order is still within the displayed dispatch timeframe, please allow until the end of that date for tracking to be emailed.

If you still cannot find your order, use the support form on the order lookup page and include as much information as possible, such as your name, email address, phone number, approximate order date, and payment method.
